there a member on 5series.net that offers Orion V2 ("OSS Lights") install service in NY..
member nigxdoof (here's a recent install he did: http://forums.5series.net/topic/1051...1#entry1251997 ) might be worth a PM (note, for 5series.net you have to post 5x or be a member for 10 days to get your pm function working...in case you decide to join and pm him....)
