It's a stupid situation but if u ask me, the employee did the right thing by whooping their asses. The women were clearly a threat, attacked people behind the counter and were chasing employees in their areas of work. The dude had a right to kick their asses to stop all of this. If these were males that jumped back there, this would have looked differently, but this is the country we live in. He might have gone to far but there is a line u don't cross and the women did.

Oh and btw really interesting.

sorry for the repost, i was just posted on cnn and i searched mcdonald's and didnt see the original thread. mcinstosh needs to be freed this was 100% self defense he even walked away from the bitches after getting slapped and they FOLLOWED his ass into the back of the mcdonalds.

Absolutely deserved. If someone threatened me like that and made the first attack (she did slap him prior to any of this) I would defend myself. For a judge or police officer to make an individual question when they can begin protecting themselves and / or to what degree they can protect themselves, is fvcked up.

wow i feel sorry for the guy. i think i would have reacted the same way if someone came charging to me like that. maybe with less stroke of the rod of course (1 whack should have been enough).

if the same thing happened to a police officer, there wouldnt even be a case... imagine if i got beat down after shouting at an officer and then charging towards him. i dont think there'd be any charges laid down on the officer.
