I added some alcantara coby wheel parts over the weekend...

Anyone know whats going on with this guys website? Went twice to it and said it was suspended. Think its up now but its been going up and down.

I'm not sure exactly what he does but it does seem to be thicker. I'm sure you could email him and he could elaborate.

old thread but wondering if you still have the car and how the Alcantara is holding up... thinking of doing the same thing.

I don't put many miles on the car really, but all is holding up great.

Thanks...decided on a different direction w the steering wheel, but probably will get the shift knob and boot. I saw some other reviews saying they didn't like how the boot sort of "bunched" as if it had too much material I guess. I'm wondering if you feel that way.

As for the ebrake, does it feel normal like pulling on the regular oem brake; they look like thy could be thin or loose. Finally are you happy with getting both ebrake and boot? wondering if it becomes too much "alcantara" lol? if you have to get only one, which would you get? Thanks for your feed back. I"m ready to spice up my black interior a bit.

I don't really have any concerns with the quality or fitment. for me all the alcantara places nice together, but I see where any more could be too many accents for me I wouldn't want one with out the other but I assume you would appreciate the shift boot more day to day but who knows

I've had a total of 4 different Coby Wheels on 3 different cars and the quality has always been great and extremely durable.
