Pismo or Monterey are both great ideas! Does anyone know of a place where we can park all of the cars in either of those places? We would need to accommodate 100-200 cars for that one. I'm not sure what the exact turn out would be like by I assume it would be a big one!

Pismo or Monterey would obviously have to be an overnight trip. If some aren’t up for that, we could do Solvang and get a lot of Central Cal ///M groups. Just an idea!

Solvang would be a lot of fun. I love that town and it would be a lot of fun to stay the night there and go wine tasting!

I just got off the phone with Andersen’s Pea Soup in Buellton (Solvang) and they have several LARGE parking lots (front, back, side) which could accommodate over 100 cars.

Also, there are a lot of good driving roads through the Wine Country which would be nice.

That’s of course if we decided on Solvang.

I agree, Solvang can be a great 1 day drive up, eat and drive back, or stay overnight and go wine tasting and do more driving.

What about the casino? Chumash Casino in santa ynez? I can block off the top level for us all to park. there are a couple places to eat in there and also you can gamble

Just don't plan on August 11th weekend or 26th (we are planning on having a meet at the dealership on the 26th of August just not for sure yet.)

Sounds great for the stay/meet location! However if we do it on the weekend of the 26th, we could drive up there on Saturday August 25th and stay overnight for the meet at the dealership on the 26th. What do you think?

Casino rooms are expensive but you guys can find other hotels around solvang/buellton that are pretty reasonably priced.

My daughter is under 18, some Casinos don’t allow kids in there, any issues there?
