Circling back on this, it really is a remarkable replica. I'd love to see more side-by-side shots.

Nate, when are you guys going to produce the CRT version? An unpainted CRT replica of that quality (priced below this lip) would be amazing.

Can you guess which lip is OEM?
One with the red strip of adhesive!

Nate - do you have:

-any pics or it installed without the lower section?
-any additional pics of how it mounts? I want to see how big of a hit I think it can take and what type of damage might result to the lip, bumper, etc : )

Thanks!

Here is a photo of the lip installed without the lower section. The splitter now sits above felt bumper covers

Heeeeeeeeey! You said that the lower lip can't be removed!

Edit: Sneaky sneaky, editing after the fact

Can we get a full-on profile shot of just the upper section installed? Any chance of a lower-price version of the lip without the lower section? Finally, see my question above re: a possible CRT rep of equal quality.

Here is another shot. We are only going to offer the lip complete with the lower splitter just like the GTS.

After this lip the CRT was next on my list. The CRT parts have been next to impossible to get at the moment. I will keep on this...

The lip is installed using OEM bolts + 3M tape.

Understood. But it's easy for owners who purchase the complete lip to remove the lower splitter on their own if they so choose, yeah?

Why not just manufacture one like you did with the Sport EVO?

We would need an OEM CRT lip to get this going. I have seen many GTS style front lips and none of them look like OEM or Sport EVO lip.

Awesome pics as usual!

Do you know roughly how much lower the lips sits to the ground?

Not arguing or anything. I think there may be slightly different GTS lips. I relooked at some pictures and there are quite a few that look identical to your lip. Yesterday I looked at this picture which looks subtly different. It could just be the angle...

Nate if the lip is installed above the felt covers in you opinion do you think the felt would scrape first before the lip in most or all circumstances?

I ask as this would be a large investment that I can see myself losing on a curb

Nothing's full proof but if the felt hit first then that would provide some feedback as to what part of the car is bottoming out... Can you do some test runs for us

You're talking about the bevel along the top edge of the lip, where it meets the bumper, yeah? That pic is of the pre-production GTS, and that little design feature was lost when the production car came out. The lip went from gloss black to matte black in the transition, too. Take a look at the final car, and compare it with your shot:

Shame, because the pre-pro lip looks better than the final one.

Yes I was talking about the top edge. Nice catch. I never knew there was a pre-production version.
