About to get my first oil change done after my rod bearing service by MRF! And swapping out the old transmission bushings. That'll be the last of the bushings to be replaced, wooohoo!
Cheers to Malek for always taking care of my car, he's the real MVP! |

I've been scoping them on eBay... seen them for high 70's with like 2-4K miles... very tempting

If you keep this up, I'm gonna end up buying titanium hardware myself. Its the same reason I avoid buying model cars

It's fun and relatively cheap. Adds lightness, too!
i have a set of extra titanium nuts now because i forgot to order flanged nuts for the strut braces. i think i'm going to use them for the exhaust mounts if they are the same thread... i'm also going to be looking into replacing the m12 nuts that secure the impact bumpers on the front/rear of the car. i believe there are twelve total, but i want to confirm before i order as they are more money than i want to spend for nuts i can't use. i think there are also bolts that secure the tow hooks i want to take a look at. if there are twelve M12 nuts, the weight savings might add up to about a half a pound. do i sound nuts?

I have a set I've been sitting on for years because I've already scratched my OEM splitters with the stock height. Had H&Rs on the E46 M and really liked them though. |

Removed carbon splitters and installed mode carbon gts lip. Installed new bilstein b6 struts. Drives great. (SS) brake lines, diff fluid, and oil change are next. Then finally swapping out the right rear axle. Too many to dos hahaha

Yeah, it was quite easy. Used a band saw first to get the intial chunk off and then used a dremel and a razor to finish it off to 8.5mm.

I just got one actually, and no i'm not worried. I drove my E92 335i with a front lip and the KW V2's very low, much lower than H&Rs on the M3 and never rubbed. You just have to be aware when driving and angle for any incline.
