Do you plan on designing and cutting the covers on driver and passenger side that run from basically the back of the front wheel to the front of the back wheel?

Ordered, received and installed. Great under tray. Install is a lot easier than it seems at first. Took me less than an hour on jack stands. Definitely better under tray and protection than factory. Buy with confidence.

Thanks for the feedback!

I updated the first post to simplify shipping. After shipping so many of these I've been able to average out shipping costs and negotiate with FedEx better rates. I now offer a lower flat rate for everyone in USA/CAN.

I have these in stock and ready to ship. Just PM me your Paypal email and I'll send an invoice you can click on to pay.

Just to confirm, does this kit come with the 2 small aero wing pieces at each side?

No. Those have never been offered. They cad files were provided in another thread for those who couldn't live without them and wanted to have them 3D printed themselves.

Those aero trims are not to be confused with the aluminum angle brackets used to attach the fender liner to the tray as shown in the CAD screen capture in this thread. Those are included with the hardware needed to install this tray.

the mode gt4 lip is so strong/stiff that it didn't allow much flex of the bumper. those with smaller or flexible (cheaper ebay gt4 lips, etc.) lips should have no problems with this undertray.
So the bumper fits better with the metal under tray or OEM felt?

overall, i'd say the metal under tray. it's 1 solid metal piece and the areas where you drill the mounting screws will play a role in how the bumper fits to your car. i made sure the gaps between the bumper and air ducts were minimal before drilling the holes.

Nice piece! Always liked the aluminum tray on my E36 M3. I'll keep this in mind for when the time comes.

Product is A+. Incredibly well designed and built.

The "bad" only comes with installation IF you have a larger oil cooler or intercooler, like me have the AA sc kit. I have a much larger intercooler and piping down there which gives you less than zero clearance.

I had to do some of my own "fabricating" which meant removing the rubber and cutting down the plastic pieces with a Dremel so it was flat/flush. Lastly I had to go buy longer rear screws bc I just didn't have the shear force while lying on the ground to push the tray up. Using the longer screws as leverage I got the tray flush and replaced with the shorter screws one at a time.

To reiterate... great product!

Thank you for the feedback! Now that we know the fitment issue was the gasket height on the oversize oil cooler in an AA SC setup, I can work with buyers to shorten that gasket height or omit them altogether for a more custom fitment.

I would really like those CAD files so that I could 3D print a pair for myself. Do happen to have them or the thread that has them?
