HELPPPP! DCT Rough 1st gear and reverse engaging

So ill be at a red light in automatic mode and slightly accelerate in 1st gear but feels like the car is having trouble accelerating. Kind of like a violent jump into 1st gear. Also does it in reverse. I updated the software and even did a transmission fluid flush hoping this would solve the problem. 900 bucks gone and still left with the same problem. Every other gear shifts perfect. Car only has 30k on it i love my e92 and dont wanna sell it over this problem help!

Have you had your clutch and transmission adaptions reset? I had an occasional buck even with the GTS software that has gone with the adaptations reset..

I get the buck after every complete stop and when i start backing out in reverse. Kind of like a violent push into gear

I can't think of anything else other than try going back to the factory DCT software that was last released. Could be the gts software. And then try resetting the adaptations for the clutch first then the transmission.

transmission mount is worth checking as well as engine mounts. Look at the engine as you rev it to see if it wants to torque to one direction.

Also just check your driveshaft to transmission coupling to make sure theres no excessive movement.

Did this just randomly start to happen or been happening since you've owned the car? This is a common issue with DCT, its going to feel jerky and violent from 1st to second gear as well as reverse engagement. Many threads on this topic

I should also add that this only happens when the car has been warmed up driven for about 10 minutes.

Also, i have gotten an increased emmisions light twice in the past that comes and goes due to gas cap

This could be extreme for the mileage but you might have a driveshaft problem

your solenoids are blocked or your mechtronics board is fried. hopefully it's low on fluid but for it to behave like that it , it's not good. I had signs of that and the 'basics' of reset adaptations, new software, new clutches didn't fix my problem. good luck.

your doing it too fast.. put thr car in 1 or D, hold the break and give some gas and/or put it in Reverse and try it same way.. There should be a noticeable engine hop.. In this video, it seems like ur engine mount is bad but its not clear

Update

I had the dealer check out my mounts today. Everything was in good shape. Got an "increased emmisions" ses light on today. Left it at the dealer overnight.
