Now you are just putting words in their mouth The OEM CF is a very expensive 1x1 weave so an extra cost is justified.

The idea for those of us that own the AW M3 is to paint it to match the color of the car!!!! That way, we get the nice looking and integrated CLS type spoiler, a bit more down force, and weight savings!!!

Some weaves are more intricate and expensive to produce than others. For instance, silver or even blue CF commands a premium because it is harder to get and produce.

Will you be making different color CF, say red?

I'm wondering, since BMW is not offering a CF roof for the E90, is this being considered. I imagine you could save a bunch of weight by replacing the hood, trunk lid and roof on this car. Ok, maybe with the hood being aluminum, not so much for this. But still ...

We will be offering custom colored weaves as an option under our Vorsteiner Individual Program as we have done on our E46, E60, E63 applications in the past.

We will also be producing a carbon fiber roof panel for sedans and later stage of production a carbon fiber moonroof option.

The CF roof panel must be just for show since there is no efficient way of replacing the stock. So this would really probably add weight to the car.

The E90 & E92 model roofs are attached the same method as the E46 models.

We have numerous clients worldwide that have installed our dry carbon roof panels.

That's a good idea although not on the immediate production lineup. Exhaust info will be released with the rest of the parts
