I paid about $4,900 for the set of wheels. They should be pristine!

I'm sorry, but how many stories are going to have to be posted for people to learn not to deal with this bush league company?

Yeah, rims look great when they turn out right, but it is just one horror story after another with these guys. And then I keep seeing these new photo shoots and new lines of wheels that 360 is putting out. Why don't you fix your company first before you design and build more wheels?

I just put the wheels on the car to test the fit, and I have to say, they got that right this time. That is good. It is just the finish that needs some attention. I did not even need to change my tires, like they had said was the problem. Obviously these tires do in fact work on this setup.

I've been observing this thread from the beginning and I've read similar threads in the past, all bashing 360 and their way of conducting business.

I agree with Andy, as a business owner myself, the customer is #1 priority. I too go out of my way to ensure that the customer is looked after in every step of the purchasing process from pre-purchase, point of purchase and finally post purchase. All three steps being equally important. In everything I'm reading, I get the idea that 360 is a company who is only interested in the pre-purchase step of the process so that they can get the customers hard earned money, and then who cares about the rest.

Not for anything, but every business has its competition. Some more than others. Aftermarket wheel companies, like any other aftermarket car parts company, need to understand that modding cars is a "disposable income" expenditure, not a nessessity. With that said, all aftermarket companies should be hiking up their QC so that they make sure their product stands the test of time.

The only thing it seems to me that 360 does really well is their photo shoots and photoshop abilities.

I hope you get your hard earned money back, Andy.

Okay, I'm done. The thread can now continue.

Thanks for the input, it is exactly my thoughts as well on business practices.

As far as the reflector comment, what is wrong with a little orange bling bling! Just joking, but they really don't bother me in the slightest. It is not worth it to me to buy painted ones.
