I'm new to the M3 exhaust setup. This will definitely be my next step - in time.
In your picture, the X-Pipe is obviously the pipe on the left. Are the pipes on the right part of the X-Pipe setup or just connecting pipes. It looks like the x-pipe has cats attached and the connecting pipes have resonators attached? Am I close? Bump for sale

I did pass... I just cleared the code and took the test again for $10 and passed. But at this point if the HFC's are going to throw codes, I might as well switch to the Akra midsection so I have a complete system from one company.

honestly, I'm probably one of the few guys on this board that doesn't feel gains from small bolt on accessories. I did it for sound and it improved greatly. The car felt nice and strong, I'm sure it's slightly faster too.

From what I understood, the upgraded xpipe and HFC's is where the biggest bolt on gains are....interesting (however depressing) that the gains weren't felt much. Makes me re-think this mod...

Like I said, I'm one of the few who doesn't feel much from bolt ons. Maybe that's cause I've messed with my exhaust so many times, maybe if I went directly from full OEM, to full aftermarket I would notice. But I did one step at a time, first mufflers, then secondary cat delete, then HFC"s and couldn't tell the difference that way

About 6,000 miles. In perfect condition, I'll have to climb under car for pics, but if you're not willing to trade your OEM it's not important
