Thanks - How many miles did you have on the car? Also i show another car thats out of state that basically fully loaded with only 24K miles but its not CPO but its at a BMW dealership. They are asking 48K for that one - I asked them why its not CPO and they state that they do not CPO M3's to keep the cost down. What do you think of that answer? Should I try for the CPO or try for the one out of state thats asking cheaper to work a better deal on that one?

I bought my car back from BMW and it had just under 29k miles. He's correct about the CPO, not all dealers are willing to CPO M's. You can ask if they'll do it. Some will, some won't. If they won't and you want warranty, there are many aftermarket warranty companies, but it can get pricey.

Extended Warranty is piece of mind. Everyone has a different point of view on it. I opted not to get it and plan on getting my Rod Bearings replaced on my own. I have another year left on the factory warranty and buying an extended does't protect me after it expires. I'd rather save the money and invest it the rod bearing replacements as I plan on keeping my car as long as I can. PM me if you have any additional questions.

I wish my car had fold down seats...one of the only things that bothers me with my e90 m3

I do when I have to move things around. It does come in handy when I was transporting my OEM exhaust.

It is silly that it's standard on E92, but extra on E90.

Thus far these are what I've transported with the fold down feature:

A ton of check-in luggage
4 tires and/or 4 wheels (yes, it all fits in there)
LCD TV
Chairs and other furniture
tons of boxes for a local household move
road bicycle

To me, I've gotten a lot of utility from it.

Well. I Hate to say this but the dealer did not budge much. 500 bucks off of sticker price!

Keep trying. He senses you want it more, did you do it over the phone/email or in person? I would take your emotions out of it and email or call him with your firm figures every other day.

It was in person.
30 minutes before closing. It's the first day the dealership had the car. I think it's because of all these reasons. I'll cross my fingers and send an email out with my offer tomorrow.
