Wtb: E90 dct

I am looking to buy a 2009, 2010 or 2011 M3.

Some must have's:

- must be an E90
- must have a DCT

Some likes:

- under 70k miles
- no cosmetic mods (black front grills are OK, because thats easily reversed
- a solid maintenance history (if the last entry on the Carfax report was an oil change at Jiffy Lube 3 years ago, I am not interested)

And only 2 no-no's:

- no jet black exterior
- no palladium silver interior

I am located in Seattle, but would be prepared to travel a couple hundred miles in any direction for the right car.

Did you see this one? It's above your desired mileage, but it's a rare spec w/ the extended fox red interior, and LCI E90's are pretty rare if you have a distance restriction of a couple hundred miles.

Does appear to be lowered, a wrap on the roof, CF rear spoiler, and an aftermarket exhaust (looks like an MPE). And probably no maintenance history given the hole in the wall dealer selling it.

Thanks for the response - yes, I've seen it. The dealer is a clown, there is no maintenance history, the car looked in horrendous condition when they initially listed it (they took photos before they detailed it), and the lowering is the icing on the cake that rules it out for me.

I'll go 500 miles for the right car . . but I thought I'd start local

I just wanted to say thanks to those that have reached out to me so far, and give an example of 2 cars that I've said no to (which might help people get more of an idea of what I'm looking for):

2011 E90 DCT with the Competition Package: has 80k miles, 2 accidents on the Carfax, and a litany of issues with the car, all documented on a public forum - asking $35k

2011 E90 DCT with the Competition Package: has 65K miles, 1 accident on the Carfax, and a lot of interior and exterior mods - asking $33k.

For the right car, I don't have a budget - but it has to be the right car. Honestly, I couldn't give a crap about the competition package .. I would prefer an unmolested, no accident / no damage, 2010 or 2011 with the 220M wheels.
