I'm still on 10W60 for several years with BE bearings and bolts.

Based on Clown Shoe Motorsports recommendation after they did my rod bearings (BE and ARP Bolts) I've been using Liqui Moly 10W60... I mean these guys have their own racing team, rebuild BMWs non stop and really know their stuff. Haven't had an issue since 55k bearing swap till 92K -7 years later.

Just go on their website be themselves specifically state that these bearings are designed for 10w60.
I would only run 5w50 on stock bearings https://bebearings.com/store/index.p...products_id=40 |

Have had multiple e9x m3's with BE Bearings and have always driven and tracked with Castrol Edge Supercar 10w-60, smooth running so far.

I have run both on BE and all is fine. Some people run 0w40. Good synthetics will be fine. Porsche 911 GT3 factory fill is 0w40.
