My guess is Flat Bottom Steering Wheel. I liked his trim work in my 46, and he’d be shortlisted if I wanted a wheel in that range. Too bad deadlysyns isn’t doing E9X work.

I switched out my CSL carbon trunk today for the stocker... I prefer the way the stock trunk looks and lost the 14 lbs of weight savings. It was an ECS tuning CSL trunk that was only on my car less than 18 months. Take away is, it's tough to get the inner lights to seal and not leak water, you have to supplement the OEM fasteners. Running the wire harness for lights and locks etc.isnt secured without modification to the carbon trunk and doesn't look good. If I cared to keep it, I'd have to have sound deadened the piece because it contributed to cabin noise. It also attracted attention on the roads, looked great and the fit was top notch and the finish was a little wavy and I felt it is a little ricey. Now I have no spoiler at all and I like it, more square and stout. Verdict is... it was a bad mod.

Good:
Dinmann steering wheel and front lip Vorsteiner rear diffuser Alpine engine and DCT tune M Performance exhaust Dinan Intake (only mod that came with the car) CF trim pieces MS wheel spacers (15 and 12) XPEL Stealth wrap Front Euro bumper Bad: MS air scoops (pretty pointless) Dinan strut braces (pointless but looks nicer) Future: Looking at getting the RKP X-Pipe - Street. Looking to buy an extra OEM x-pipe so I can cut it then weld the RKP x-pipe to the primary cats. If I ever have to go full stock, I can just put my original x-pipe back on. |

Going to say 2 pipe OEM exhaust mod in the not great category. No drone but not loud enough from the driver's seat. Unsure if I will go 4 pipe, leave it, or what. Want to pass CA smog and I don't want to mess with it every two years.

Quad Dual Row Vision 6K Rings Dual Carbon Fiber Switchback LED Eyebrows Quad Honeycomb ZKW-R Lenses Quad RGB Demon Eyes Dual LCI Beauty Piece with Clear LED Corner Bulbs Satin Blackout Paint Installation is 100% plug and play with stock harness. No additional wires. m3's self leveling feature took care of the alignment. I didn't have to do anything except turn on the car. The adaptive feature still works fine too, no errors or coding needed. |

Good random FREE mod for a minor increase in cabin noise.
I am not 100% sure that it is on every M3, but the middle section of the backseat has a little passthrough area. Fold the armrest down, then push the button in to unlock the plastic piece that locks out the trunk from the backseat. You will have a little window to some exhaust noises and road noise. I personally have the plastic piece removed, with the arm rest in the up position. |

tbh I've always been surprised by how many ugly mods there are on M3's. 80% of wheel mods are uglier than the oem wheels and less classy. 100% of the black front grill look so obvious, it just stick out the wrong way. I estimate that 60% of M3 are ruined by mods.

lol, that is strictly not true for certain paint colors like MR, SSII. The same as black/chrome wheel for these cars. Even for the rest, it gives the car a cheap mustang like car look. If the car came with black trim, i would mod it to chrome.
