My oil consumption went down to almost nothing when I started driving the car more frequently and for longer periods of time. Castrol 10W-60

Motul 8100 is not a "racing oil". 300V is their streetable race oil.

8100 is still a predominantly group III/IV oil like most other off-the-shelf synthetics such as Mobil 1, the OEM Shell stuff, etc. It's not lightyears ahead of those, it's just a competitor.

Im on Motul 300v 15w50. I did notice less oil burn off right away with this formulation.

UPDATE: OCT 25, 2018.

Here is my recent report on a second oil analysis, as you can see Ceratec contains high levels of MOS2, even more than Molyslip.
So from now on, I will be using Ceratec instead for engine protection!
