+wrapped lower trim
+band at 12 o'clock position

Thank you!! I honestly couldn`t tell you if it`s new or not. It was built(wrapped) at the same time with the steering wheel, it all came together.

how does airbag deploy if you wrapped it? seems dangerous to do that to safety equipment

The same way it functions when it isn’t wrapped. It still has a cover from factory, does not compromise its function.
