anyone here with a good eye can tell me if this is lemans blue or not?

It does look like it from the picture. It's hard to say though as there is another blue that is very close that I've seen. They can't give you the vin or paint code from the car it came from?

Lemans or Montego Blue - they're pretty similar, especially when you only have a fender to look at.
