e92 M3 factory rebuilt motor break in procedure?

A factory rebuilt motor replacement is going into my 2011 M3 competition package this week and am hoping some of you know what the correct recommended break in procedure is. Any advice would be great.

Recommended breakin is as if it were new. Change oil at 1200 miles then enjoy

What about max RPM, etc?

After I had my engine replaced, I had to start all over like new. Change out oil at the 1200 mile mark and no redline rpm. I believe the max was 4k or 5k rpm till after the oil change.
