if we do bragg creek maybe we could think about changing the meet place to COP? Less chance of losing people once the cruise starts
The meet place has been posted everywhere, i dont think its a good idea to change it now

OK, so I think we should finalize the route and place to eat by end of this long weekend.

As for the place we are going to drive to, How about driving to Elbow Falls by Bragg Creek? I have done it few times, I think it is a nice drive / place to visit.

Also are you guys okay with eating at Steak Pit? Their address is: 50 White Ave, Bragg Creek, Alberta, Canada

I am new to this forum and the Calgary BMW community.

Please count me in I'd love to meet some folks out there and especially see their mods on the cars.

Anyone have a Supersprint Race exhaust / after-market headers on their E46 M3?

Any superchargers or coilovers?

Those are the mods I'm planning on and would love to see them in person.

Most of us have E9xs M3s now, but i did have a E46 M3... I had a Supersprint Sport exhaust. It sounded great and was not too loud. I found the race was too loud for a street car and did not sound that great.

As far as headers go, they are a pain in the ass and did not add a lot of power as you need no/new cats and mid pipe. There are SuperSprint rip offs now on the market that help with the price but they still don't add good HP/$.

I had KW v2 coilovers and i felt they improved the ride quality and were great for a street car. If you need some more race the V2s , KWs are the way to go.

If you are looking for big power with FI on a E46 M3 check out HPF turbo options. If not ESS makes some a great SC kit for the E46.

Hey there Augustus. Ill be there with my Carbon Black/Cinamon E46 M3 SMG. My Car is still more or less factory as well but the drive is what im in for. The drive and seeing all the other cars. As stated from other members this fourm is filled with E9X members but im here and I find that most of the members are great people. Check out Project Tecknik ( google it for the website) its a Local Alberta BMW group. Most of the members there are from Calgary, but with me and some of the other members are central and northen AB as well. Good Group of guys there as well..

this looks great....only thing i would say is parking....that lot doesn't look all that big n depending on how many ppl we have on the cruise...could end up being hard to park together. but other than that it looks great

Yeah parking is a big problem, especially if weather is good -- I've seen other (non-BMW) cruises park on the shoulder leading to Elbow Falls: http://g.co/maps/fgu9v

Not really ideal, but parking is limited everywhere this time of year, unless willing to travel a bit further afield, or borrow a school parking lot

Exactly what we had to do last year.

Elbow falls looks great! Sounds good to me. Might want to update the main post with some ground rules now that this is all over the internet. RCMP will be waiting.

edit: expecting about 5-10 people from ProjectTechnik.

We certainly need a route map this time; and some printed spares on the day. Our last couple of cruises didn't go so well without a map ..

I'm still waiting on my wheels/tires to be shipped from Vancouver ... ordered them more than 2 weeks ago, they are not even on a truck yet. Without those, I won't be able to come since I'm still on winters, and one has a precarious tear from a pothole.

I could always borrow my wife's Mini Countryman S.. if she'll let me .. !

So my car just went to limp mode for the first time and had to take her to dealership. Hopefully they can fix it before the meeting.

These are the errors I got:
