DCT E90 - 2011 oil and Pan change and problem

BMw dealer changed the DC oil and all filters and the pan and, since that time, I have an intermitent problem as, the car start but when I want to put on D or R, there is nothing happening and, this error message comes. Sometimes, we close the engine and restart and, all is good to go.

the dealer has the car but cannot find the problem. Any idea ?

I had this car for 4 months without any problem and suddenly after the job, the problem have started.

I have a feeling its the mecanical lock that is not totally actived or desactivated and/or the sensor that send a message to the computer.

However, the dispay say that we can continue to drive... but, the car is on PARK.

Were adaptations reset? At any rate the performing dealership should warranty their work and correct any issues.

probably didnt do the correct filling proceedure, the trans has to come to temp while they fill it up to get the correct amount.

I thought OP said this was fixed when the shop reconnected a loose ground.
