UPDATE on 5/18/22: Thanks for all the support and kind words. There were a lot of offline interest from all over the USA but decided to sell it to the best blind offer and local to the bay area that was above the asking price.


This is a rare unicorn. Original owner on this rare M3 at ~1220 made at this spec. Must see to believe as the M3 was in a time capsule. I did not drive it hard and since I traveled a lot, its been in the garage since it was purchased by me in 2011. I will only park it in the garage at work so it does not sit in the full sun for more than 1-2 hours if that.
SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY, NO TRADES, Local transaction only (San Jose CA),
High level summary:
- Still smells new :-)
- E90 S65 0300 Alpine white, PM93 (NA-spec M3 sedan, LHD, with ZCP)
- Never been in an accident and original paint
- Always in garaged and covered, never seen rain, near perfect condition.
- Never tracked
- In Northern CA (San Jose) and pick up only
- Slick top, one hump, fox red novillo leather in excellent condition and still supple with no cracks or wear marks (see pictures below)
- No navigation, no power seats, no iDrive, no sunroof
- Heated seats
- iPod USB
- Factory alarm
- last of the V8 NA, 359 wheels

- Dinan (D660-0028) free flow exhaust and still have OEM exhaust (2012). I still have the OEM exhaust that will go with the sale of the M3
- Dinan (D773-0901) 3.45 differential to be quicker (2012)
- Dinan front sway bar (D120-0503)
- Dinan (D180-0011) front strut tower brace CF (2012)
- Dinan (D120-0503) 28.5mm front anti roll bar
- Dinan (D110-0009) rear shock mount kit
- CF front lip (2011)
- Powder coat wheels black (2011)
- Black out grill (2011) still have OEM if interested
- New rear 2 tires (Michelin pilot super sport in 2020) . The front are still OEM (Continental Contact 3)
- Front windshield replaced due to small star crack (2020)
- New BMW OEM battery (2021).
- Polished and ceramic coat (2021)
- 2 extra front wheels 19" in black powder coat #359 from BMW

Maintenance is not much since it only has 27K miles and yes, I have all the records.

You are correct. It was listed in Dec 2021 but I pulled it with lots of offers and interest. I was going to move it to my other garage in Morro Bay but it was too close to the ocean and I did not want to see if rust over the years so I decided to sell it to make room for the z06. Who ever gets this time capsule will not regret it. It looks and feel like it only has 6K miles.

Hi. Sale pending to local buyer. I had multiple offers over asking price. I can update final sale price when we close next week.
