Opinion from you guys....
You guys are so much more informed and intelligent than I am about M3's so I thought I would ask away. My 2012 E93 is sitting on the dock in Georgia waiting to be picked up by truck. It hasn't been released, my SA made some reference that it is unusual for a car to sit on the dock or 2 weeks. He said maybe its because its a 2012 and they have to do a new EPA test or some such stuff. I find that a little sketchy. What are your opinions? Thanks.

Seems common, there have been several posts about delays at the port due to the MY change over even though changes are cosmetic. I also recall the same thing happening when I was waiting for my 2008 550, new model year with increased time at the port of entry...

Thats my concern. Is it damaged in some way? That would not be good.
