Non ZCP M3 w 359M's and GTS sizing
After a long long search I have finally found and purchased a set of OEM ZCP wheels. As much as I like my 219's I have had the car for almost 6 years and I was due for an update.
For anyone who wonders what it is to go from 219's to ZCP wheels w GTS sizing (255/35 & 285/30) here some info: E90 M3 71k miles EDC suspension - Car doesn't feel any slower. Difference between the 18" OEM wheel and ZCP wheel even w larger tires is not noticeable - Car could sit maybe 1/2 inch lower in front and 1/4 in the back, but overall for "tired" stock suspension it looks great for now - It drives great! 30 profile in the back does not create too harsh of a ride as some comments have suggested in prior similar threads. It's just perfect for me. Def harder than 18's w stock sized tires, but def better and great for DD and spirited drive duties - For whatever reason this upsize in tires is hardly noticeable for me when looking at the car. I know sometimes 18's look wider with same tire size than 19's, at least to my eye. Here is a couple of pics w the new set up:

Looks good! How about any other angles? I'm on 15/12mm front/rear spacers and debating B&G springs but keeping tires at 245/265 or considering up to 255/275.
I'm assuming you have no spacers? |

If I do get an itch sooner, might go the spring route 1st. Will get more better pics soon. I have seen your e90 ssii zcp in another thread and it looks amazing as is! |

Thanks for the info! And for the kind words. I saw your car and was like damn that looks good (what I think when I see my car) haha
Sounds like a better way to go with the coilovers. I'm at 68k and know I'm going to want the adjustability down the road, either KW V3 or Ohlin. I went with springs/shocks upgrade on my E93 3 series and regretted that route, told myself would only get coilovers in the future lol. Here I am debating springs as a bridge |
