Advice on mirror caps
So my AW M3 is supposed to be delivered in about 3 weeks, and I just wanted to ask some advice.
Although I'm not planning any major mods, one thing I tought about was carbon mirror caps. I've noticed BMW Performance only seems to offer these for the 1 series, but I found that Hartage does have them for the M3. So my question is has anyone done this mod, does it look any good? Does any one have any pics? Just wanted some opinions. Thanks! D |

I've put the mirror caps from d1swoop on my Space Grey E92, and they fit perfect and quality-wise they are great. It's the replacement mirror cap in 1x1, not overlay.

I just received the 1x1 CF side mirror caps and CF hood vents from d1swoop after reading about them in the thread mentioned above. The quality of the pieces looks great! Very impressed actually. Haven't installed yet so I cannot vouch for fit or longevity.
