Tried installing my reflectors and it fell inside the opening...

Jack up your car. Get some hex bits. Remove the front wheel. Unbolt the front wheel arch. Retrieve the reflectors. Reverse to everything back together. Remove jack.

Or u can get a stick, put 3m double side tape on the end, use a small LED flashlight to locate and retrieve with stick

you dont even have to jack up your car, turn your wheels and just open the bottom four hex bolts, you'll be fine.

No dude, don't bother with the jack...

Coat hangar a few balled up pieces of duct tape on the end the a fresh one for every attempt.

Trust me, this works, I did it... twice.

You'll need a flash light though.

+1, i dropped mine inside and rolled up some duct tape and used a flashlight and it came out just fine!!! Much easier than the jack and unscrewing stuff

+1 for this method. Had to do it as well. The worst thing was that when I pulled the hangar out with the reflector it was scratched from the fall.

Its so funny i saw this because i just did this two nights ago, tape works but if that fails turn the wheel and you only have to take out two hex nuts, one is an 8mm on the bottom of the wheel well and the other is a 10mm just above it. Then just squeeze your hand in and bingo

And Kev you weren't serious about removing all that stuff were you?

Not that serious, just happens to be the most fool proof way to get it back. I don't know how big OP's hand is so can't really recommend the fishing method. I have changed a foglight bulb that way in my old E92 though and works well.

The safe method
