Carbon Fiber Roof + Moon Roof? Possible?

Is it possible to have the carbon fiber roof and the moon roof as well? I want the moon roof but the M3 doesn't look right to me without the carbon fiber roof. Please give me some info on how to get it done or is there an option for it. Thanks

Wait for a little while because Vorsteiner may be comming out with a CF roof made for a moonroof

not the stock one. I have the cf roof, and I haven't missed the sunroof yet.

The purpose is of the CF roof is to save weight. Having a moonroof adds a few dozen pounds, so it defeats the philosophy. (the % savings will be less due to a higher total weight, so there will be less of a performance impact).

Also having a hole on the cf panel will certainly add cost to a already expensive process.

i'm not sure if the roof is strong enough to carry the whole sunroof. just roll down your windows and be happy.

umh ? last time i read the CF was 3x stronger than steel so, i think it might hold it

You could get a M3 without sunroof and replace the carbon with plexi-like plastic. This would be very light in every sense on the word.

I think the E46 one was around $2,500 + sunroof parts + install. Probably not quite that much, but a lot.

idk if the cfcan support the weight of the moonroof....just think'n....plus the electronics....waste of $$....w/e you have...stay with it...recomended
