2008 E90 M3 for sale. Car is in exceptional condition. Like new inside and out as well as underneath. Garage kept since day 1 and very well cared for. All original paint work, no accidents. NEVER been driven in the rain and has only been on the west coast. Never been a daily driver. Clean CARFAX which I will provide upon request. No scratches, dents, dings or interior wear to be found. Binder full of service records and receipts since new. 6 speed manual, 30K miles, 4.0L v8, double hump, sunroof, sedan, Alpine White exterior with black novillo leather and carbon leather trim package, comfort access, ETC… vin # will also be provided upon request. Located in Portland, OR.

List of tasteful mods:

-Full Akrapovic Evolution titanium exhaust.

-RAC wheels with brand new Michelin Pilot sport 4S’s.

- StopTech Big Brake Kit.

-Passport Radar detector

Rod bearings are original due to the very low mileage. Don’t need to sell and don’t mind holding onto it for much longer, just have an itch to try something new. $46k.

Dan reached back to me on Wednesday to let me know the car is back for sale after buyer could not finance. We talked on the phone and verbally agreed on a deal at asking and indicated I'm willing to wire full amount when my bank opens. Dan subsequently ignored all correspondence via text and phone calls. Now car is marked sold. Brutal!

Sucks I had a seller here try to bid up the price of a car after we agreed on a price (the "I have offers higher than asking but giving you a chance to match"&#128580. I wanted that car quite a bit, willing to wire and pick up same week, but when the seller started playing games and lying I drew a line in the sand. Who knows what else they're being dishonest about.
