Active Autowerke Plenum removal

Hi all,

I need some help removing the AA supercharger plenum to replace the throttle actuators. The intake is off, oil separators are off and itb ring clamps are loosened. I also disconnected a sensor wire underneath the right blow off valve. Is there anything still holding the plenum on?

Intake manifold tends to stick to the throttle body rubber on the clamps, if everything is disconnected just give it a good pull.

My G-Power kit has 3 bent sheet metal brackets that hold it down to the engine, located at the front passenger side, front driver side and rear driver side.
I assume that because the plenum is now pressurized, they didn't think the hose clamps were sufficient to keep the plenum from getting blown off?
Did you look around the corners of your plenum to see if there are any hidden brackets?

I think only gpower utilizes tie downs on the manifold.

Thanks all. Only the six ring clamps hold the plenum on. The plenum itself probably weighs 30lbs making it harder to remove.
