Anyone knows what this could be ?My car struggles to pick idle only on cold starts.. I have noticed that this happens only in cold mornings and never happens in warm days .

The Idle Control Valve seems like the obvious place to start looking?

Mines done this 99% of cold starts since I bought it over two years ago. Always steadies after a few seconds.

Similar problem here... and sometimes it drops so low that it almost stalls. I believe it is the ICV as well.

This could actually be a purge valve. Although typically that only causes an erratic idle (worse than yours) in more than just cold temps. I have the exact same issue and have been thinking about trying the purge valve just to give it a shot. Its about a 45 minute job. Remove the manifold and its right under there.
