Montreal indie mechanic

Any of you guys around the Montreal area can recommend a good independent mechanic aside from the obvious dealerships which I will hope to avoid...

Preferably on the south shore, so I can avoid those damn unstable bridges!

Did all my maintenance at BMW Laval.

Brought my car to garage pro-mec once but wasn't satisfied with their work.

5 year revival!

Suggestions for an E92 M3 pre-purchase inspection? Should I just go to the dealer or somewhere else?

2013 with only 50k KM. Driven by older men, so I don't suspect rod bearing issues (hopefully).
