Out about no manual looks like I am 1 1/2 quart oil low
what oil do u need ?
Sorry for the ignorance but just never added or changed oil yet???

I believe only BMW has the oil that our M's drink...10w-60

Below the bottom line on the display? Some people say that putting in anything but Castrol 10W-60 will void your engine warranty, not sure I buy that. I think you'd be fine either way, but if you chose not to top it up just don't go to the track today...

The manual lists a different viscosity you can use for top-ups. Why isn't the manual in your car?
