Replace rear tires only?

I searched and couldn't find an answer to this. My rear tires are to the wear bar and my front tires have a decent amount of tread left. Would you change all 4 or just the rear? It's an E92 M3 w Michelin PSS OEM 19" sizes. Thanks!

Nothing wrong replacing rears only if fronts has decent tread unless you are installing snow tires

With a staggered setup it's near impossible to wear them evenly.

Agree with what's said above with one caveat... if the fronts were too far past their date code I would consider replacing them as well regardless of how much tread is left on them.

You can find some options from here https://rrr.lt/en/parts-list/wheels-tires-caps. There are second hands parts for good price, So if you want to get tires some fun, then try this site.

I wear out the rears about close to twice as fast as the fronts, so I sometimes buy just the rears. No big deal.
