Combined with fat tyres, I decided to go for it.

I'd agree it is not as an "aggressive" look as the arch filling 19s, but I personally prefer it. The plus is that on the road, the ride comfort is a noticeable improvement while grip levels, with Michelin PSS, is equal to the previous set. A win as far as I am concerned.
Well done and presented as usual Jon

Great looking rims JJH - they and the bigger sidewall tyres really suit your car. Very impressive.

CIC controller retrofit

I've been frustrated that there is no one local to me that can do a CIC i-Drive retrofit for me. I will head to one of the Sydney installers for that at some point. However, just to get me going, I've done the controller and new console after I discovered this useful DIY here > https://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=277690

Those of you pre-LCI owners still with CCC may not know that the CIC controller will still work with CCC provided you have updated firmware. The parts required are the controller itself (part no. 65-82-9-334-611) and a CIC console (for DCT part no. 51-16-7-903-963). Absolutely plug-and-play!!

This explains why my mates E93 with CCC has the CIC controller! Must have been retrofitted at some point.

Hi Steve, thanks mate. The front lip is the Aero Performance Front Lip from AP Motorsport in the US (1 X 1 carbon weave that matches the roof); the rear diffuser is a Metak from European Auto Source also in the US.

I also installed a set of Pedal Haus pedals and have their brushed black finish extended DCT paddles I need to fit soon.

Lastly, in went an AFE Stage 2 intake. Install was easy enough and who knows (or cares) if it actually helps performance as the induction noise itself is worth it. I just figured that the intake, together with the M3World catted/resonated X-pipe and BPM Stage 2 tune I am waiting for will help bump things along nicely.

What floor mats are those? Lovely interior!

Thanks mate! I wish I could assist with the mats - I bought them as part of a Aussie group buy on this forum. I do know that they are from a supplier in Germany.

I see a new group buy is under way here > https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1726645

Hi mate
I can't answer your question specifically but have a look at protool by bimmergeeks. A small investment upfront in tooling like this for your car will save you thousands in the long run

If you're inclined to tinker have a look at his download page. You can get the BMW standard tools for nothing and a Dcan cable is 50 bucks. Either way if you can't find someone local; for remote coding these will likely be a requirement
