Yes, they are in stock ready to be ordered from our site. It is one piece and yes it does replace all three felt panels from the undercarriage of the M3. The first post details all of the specifics. Feel free to PM me if you have more questions.

How difficult would modification be for GT4 lips with brake ducting?

That lip is the only installation variant that can require cutting on the undertray, and it's very easy as you're only creating enough room for the duct itself to clear. See picture of two types of ducted lips- one requires some cutting, one doesn't:

Installed it.
I felt it will need a huge pressure when I installed the rear 3 bolts to the metal plate and I need use my knee to push it in order to install the bolts. I feel that the tray did contact the oil line...but not sure how big pressure on the oil line?

I just installed mine today. I will have to take an inspection camera and look if it's making contact. When installing I agree there is some pressure but my oil line did not seem in the way.

BTW I have the same setup with quick jack.

Contact with the power steering oil loop is not consistent from chassis to chassis. Since that loop is mounted to rubber isolators, and those to a strap support which loosely attaches to the subframe, there is no consistent location from car to car. There can be deviations in placement of an inch, or even more if things have been bent before. If the pipe is siting too low, components can easily be adjusted to accommodate.

Does anyone know if the undertray could be installed with the splash guard? I already ordered the undertray and now have seen that the splash guard is broken as well. Not sure if I should replace that as well.

Our undertray replaces all three felt panels. You should be all set.
