iPad holder (2nd/3rd Generation)

I need to get 1 holder and 2 base units. I tried getbmwparts.com but it's not clear if the price for the holder includes a base unit. Any ideas? Thanks.

Holders do not include base. Base is a separate purchase. I had to buy 2 base, 1 hook and 1 hanger lol
