Yeah it's gotta be a local guy that has a routine. I'm going to let my detective buddy handle the investigation for a bit. I'm sure it will yield results soon.

She started to follow but the 911 operator told her any accidents would be her fault should one occur under those conditions.

Anyway, white guy, late 20's early 30's, brown hair, short with medium build and a possible lip piercing. It's a long shot but if this sounds familiar to anyone I would just be tickled to hear about it. She stuck around and filed a police report but I'm not holding my breath as it's probably not high on their radar as things go.

Needless to say, if I were there it would have been a different outcome

The good thing here is that your wife is safe man. She should avoid going to that area again since she might be on the asshole's daily route. Tell her to take an alternative route instead.

Thanks. She's ok. Just bummed out about a broken mirror but like others have said, it could have been a lot worse.

i had a guy follow my gf home after he thought she did something wrong in traffic. she didnt realize he was there until she got out of her car and he was yelling at her. so he knows where i live and i was pissed at the whole situation. couple weeks later we are pulling into out cul de sac and asshat is coming the other way with no reason other than bad intentions to be there so we turn and follow. i got plates and called it in as well as tried to make him pull over. police went to his house afterwards dont know final result. was peeved some cocksucker would have the balls to come back to my house.

I would agree with not changing the routine but thankfully that's not a regular route for her to take. Also, in Los Angeles county it is all but impossible to obtain a CC. (not that you couldn't just CC anyway but we'll leave that for another thread perhaps

Happened to my wife when we first started dating as well a few years back. My wife is Japanese and my wife said it looked like some skinhead as he was bald in a POS Chevy PU. Called her a slant eyed"nip", and threatened to get out of his car. My wife didn't even know what that was...all she did was slow down in her lane to get a parking spot near my home at the time. I saw him last second and he sped off, she was quite shaken.

Of course you are fit to be tied and I wanted to "lock and load" my first 30 rd. magazine....

To the OP, I think you will get this guy. Your wife will get over it as mine has. Unfortunately there are douche bags like this in this world.

As much as a little roadside (or middle of the night in his bedroom) payback is tempting, the police report has been passed off to my good friend who is a detective for the police agency that took the initial report from my wife.

In other words, instead of getting filed in the garbage, it's actually getting some prompt attention and I think we will get to the bottom of this soon.
