Anyone in OH can code my TPMS unit?

Hi, I have a 09 E90 and I'm planning to change out my TPMS control unit due to the error code. Just wonder if someone in Ohio have NCSExpert or something similar and be able to code the new unit? I will definitely pay for that.

Or can someone recommand a Columbus shop that can do it reletively cheap? Thanks in advance.
