I'm surprised this hasn't sold. I made a low ball offer and was ignored, but I probably would've paid high 40s for this (assuming there's warranty left) if I didn't buy my M3. It's been on sale for so long that I think keeping it makes more sense too.

Also, post it on cars.com or Autotrader or Craigslist if you haven't, if intent on selling.

I agree with you! It's the sweetest car ever I couldn't ever sell it. When I lowball I usually give a great number for both parties. (EX: was this m3 posted for a while offered him 38 he said Id rather sit on it for 3 years before I let it go for 38 he had a nasty attitude so i laughed and said ok) a year later its for sale for like 36
