I did, and I don't think that is switch problems, I can NOT use the remote to lock and unlock my door either

If you have comfort access, the batteries in the remotes could be dead. They are not rechargeable batteries.

Do you drive your car regularly and for several miles at a time? Does it sit for days undriven? If your use is low, it's possible that the car's battery charge is low.

Yes - Should be as charged as it's going to be. It is possible that the battery has reduced capacity (from the way the previous owner used it). Sounds like you need to go to a dealer to find out what the problem is.

The remotes for comfort access will have a little cover behind the remote that can be popped opened so that you can change the battery. CR2032 is the battery that you need. YOu can find this in any electronics store, or big name stores like Target, Walmart, Best Buy, Radio Shack, etc.

If you open up the owners manual, there's also a section in there about the remote and how to replace the battery.

I went to the dealer and one of the guys work there try to do a quick reprogram and he is not able to do so, he said something about the remote just not talking to the car at all. I have appointment with them this Wed.

went to the dealer, test both remote still work, they reprogram didn't work, they trace it down to the mirror and state that new mirror need and the antenna in the mirror could be faulty
