Clean Diesel credit

Trying to find the info on this. Supposedly it was extended, but was planned for full phasing on dec 31, 2010. Anyone have any info on this?

AFAIK it was over at 11:59 Dec 31st, 2010.

It would be awesome if it got extended however since I have a TDI on order....
