Come on, guys ....You can't be serious about soccer an think that a mixed match really helps your game or even is a good exercise for that matter

I know some girls that'll kick any non-competitive guy's ass. In top form, I probably couldn't keep up with girls V team.

I play almost daily so mixing is inevitable when there aren't enough players, which does sometimes happen on weekends or when it's hot.
