Boof, curious about your "lacking" comment.
I don't know, but for me, it's fine. Little notchy, little vague, but the clutch take-up is really nice on my car. Taught my 15 year-old daughter how to get around a parking lot in about 20 mins. and she only stalled it once. Might be related, but an un-tuned manual M3 always felt lethargic to me. It wasn't until I drove a couple of different friends un-tuned manual cars that I realized how much better my car drove with it's BPM tune. Not night and day, but certainly very noticeable. In fact, I wouldn't have bought my particular car had it not been so tractable in different situations during multiple test drives, but it was already tuned and I feel that made all the difference...
