Yea was funny changed bearings and throttle actuators failed 2 weeks later

I owned an e39 m5 prior and must say the e9x M3 is a very reliable car and impressive in the snow I might add

Frankensteining this because I can!

2008 85k
No problems till this year.
-Blown tension pulley. (pretty much exploded at high speeds. Gave me a good scare.)
-Throttle Actuators have gone bad. (really a stressful issue out of warranty.)

I live four miles from the office and work from home fairly often. Most of those miles are weekend drives and to-and-from track events.

Thanks for the pics of the bearings. Can you provide more details concerning your maintenance? What type of oil and what intervals did you use? Any other issues worth mentioning while you owned the car? TIA

Regular oil changes with 10-60 every 10000 miles or so. It's a dependable car. It was just fine by all accounts when I did the bearings.

2008 E90 here @ 92k miles... RB done at ~80k pre-emptively (originals looked in decent shape), TA's done at 87k (replaced both after a bank 1 failure).

Undercarriage felt is torn to shit, and I think I may need to replace the drive shafts sometime in the future. Other than that, it's holding up well.

My car is at RRT now getting BE Bearings installed at 123,800 miles. Going to ask them to document the install best they can and at least take pics of the factory bearings.

90,300 miles on our '08 e90, fourth owner, bought in March 2016 with 80K on it.
TA's replaced at 81K
We just did an 40K maintenance as requested by the car at 87K as well as an oil change 10-60w
Been a fun car, I keep hearing about RB replacement, but I'm not hearing anything going on in the engine compartment.

Edit...
My apologies, we are only at 90,300 miles.
