I hope it doesn't so I can buy two different colors and enjoy them by myself while the RoW has no clue about the car.

Eventually in the next year or two, I want a lower mileage e92 for the garage and weekends and will keep the e90 for more routine stuff.

What next? I can't think of a "better" car. Different yes. A 911s. M6. Yes. Others too.

Not many cars are so good with high miles. Maybe just get another E92 with less miles. But why. Cheaper to keep her. Fix and go.

Parts are higher priced because they're better.

Yes, at 147000 miles by Lang Racing in Irvine. Bearings showed some wear but not catastrophic.

From 54k to 147k I did Blackstone samples and they were clear every time.

The only major well known thing I haven't had to do yet is throttle actuators. But shhh....don't say it out loud.

~109k here on my 08 6MT

- Rod bearings were done at 108k and they looked ROUGH. Very glad I did them

- I have a sliiiiiight driveline vibration when accelerating hard from a stop. Need to diagnose.

Other than that, nothing really to mention. Everything works, no weird noises, no explaining things to people.

I've owned 5 BMWs with over 100k miles and I think this one has held up as well as or better than any of them.

72,000 miles on my 08 E90. Owned it since 55k miles 3 years ago.

In the last 10k miles I have done:
1. Rod Bearings- Pulled at 70k miles and they looked decently worn.
2. Motor Mounts- Did these when I did the RB's.
2. Thermostat- I live in Arizona so this was a must for me just for preventative reasons.
3. Spark plugs
4. Ignition Coils- Had a misfire in a few cylinders so just replaced them all.

Original brakes and TA's.
