It’s a Big no for me!

Especially for that price and have been into an accident. So you don’t really know 100% how the previous owner driven the car. The cleanliness of a car is a small thing, I can pay someone a $300 to do a very good detail job.

Second, on a car like that, I check what kind of tire that the car have and how the owner care about the car just by the tire selection. No one in the right mind would put a “general tire” on any performance car.

The car looks nice, pretty good on the mileage, it has everything.
Im just being a devils advocate for you!, I personally wouldn’t purchase the car just from the bad car fax.

I paid $35K for 2013 SPG, ZCP package, w/ 13K miles, same info tainment. The only thing I don’t have is the all leather seats.

Sunroof or CF roof?

Gray interior usually has a bit lower resale - but if u like it who cares.

You can’t ever know how a previous owner has driven a car.

Tend to agree about the tyres, but in this case it looks like the car was traded and the dealership has thrown new tyres on, likely of the cheaper variety.

My car had “brand new!!!” garbage tyres on the rear, same rubbish that was on half the other cars in the dealership. Front were P Zeros. Just used it to bargain the price knowing I’d be replacing all four tyres at the first opportunity.

Was looking at this car to purchase too, not a big fan of the interior so I'm gonna hold off. Get it OP! Love the exterior color

Nice looking car! I would ask the dealer if they are aware of the nature of the damage reported in carfax. Also if you look closely at the carfax the car was serviced multiple times for "electrical system" issues prior to the car being sold. I would make sure these issues are completely taken care of. It could very well be the reason previous owner sold the car.

The car looks decent in pics, but the accident damage on the carfax would require that I at least go and look at the car. I'd have to drive it as well. I don't think I'd do this sight unseen. The other unusual part of the carfax is why it was serviced at a indy BMW shop after BMW of Devon took the car in.

I bought my M3 down the street from BMW of Devon and when it needed something replaced right after I bought it, the Devon guys identified the issue and replaced it without problem. I've also had my car at Bimmerworks (the indy shop) and never had a problem, FYI.
