Applying wax very thin
Apparently, I'm using too much wax when doing my car. I have a container of Swissvax Blau Weiss and I've done 5 applications. By the looks of what's left in the container, I might have 2-3 more applications before its all gone. I apply by hand with a foam pad. Any ideas on what I can do to thin out the applications so I don't use so much product?

That SwissWax is some $$$ stuff. I feel your pain - I used Klasse sealer & busted my ass trying to get it off. I need to invest in a buffer.

I have a PC but you can't exactly get Swissvax onto a polishing pad for a PC. Its made to be applied by hand like most other Carnauba waxes.

I agree with everyone else, you are using entirely too much wax. Try using your bare hands to apply, I do that with my dodo juice and I've gotten about 8 applications and havent really made a dent in the jar.

Looks wise Zymol is close but longevity goes to Swissvax by far.

It can run anywhere from $80 for the standard stuff like Onyx and Saphir to $2500 for Devine. I use Blau Weiss which is supposed to be formulated for BMW paint and that was about $150. The next step up is Concourso which is about $250 and then there's Mystery which is about $500.
