FS: Bimmerworld Engine Mount and OEM trans mount 20k-ish miles $150 oboshipped/pp fee
https://www.bimmerworld.com/Engine/E...Mount-Set.html
Reason for sale, I went back to OEM/Corteco/Febi brands after 20k-ish miles on the recommendation of the shop because they didn't like how much NVH occurred during normal driving. I personally didn't mind it. It was also difficult for the shop to diagnose if something was wrong with the car or the exhaust. I wanted to experience the rawness of the engine. Mounts were changed during the RB labor. NVH is subjective but it wasn't to the point where you're annoyed or my wife and kids were sick of the drive. Now that it has all gone back to stock. I actually like driving more on the autobahn. Last edited by Route 16; 05-12-2022 at 04:21 PM.. |

there's a level of NVH during idle or stop light to stop light traffic, that's more of loose interior pieces but when you're on the twisties or highway, there isn't
