Crunched the felt under tray(s)

And that's my issue. I transported the car and cranked down too hard on the straps holding the wheels and crunched them. So, I will likely go with deansbimmer for the replacement part but are there one, two or three of them?

He makes a one piece unit. It replaces the three OEM pieces. I have one, it's a nice piece.

I have the Turner product. It has struts that mount it to the frame rails. One step further than the competition.

No issues with Mporium undertray. Very straight forward install. Provides additional undercarriage clearance for lowered cars which is a great benefit. I still scrape every now and then but its held up amazingly.

deansbimmer & Mporium are the same thing. Not sure which weighs the least though.

I have the deansbimmer tray, very happy with it - and happy not to be scraping crap all the time anymore.

Another plus to Deans, the spacing is available for a brake duct where as with the Turner solution you'll need to cut through the aluminum.

Thanks for the mention, fellas! I own Mporium BMW. The undertray was introduced here on the forums and our shop distributes them.

Our trays are several pounds lighter than the Turner unit. That unit is a well manufactured product no doubt, it simply approaches design in a way that mimics the OE part. In our opinion and experience rigid frame mounted brackets are a detractor, not a plus. (Even the OEM design uses cables for this reason)

Every competitor's system we've seen come through our shop has been scraped up or bent due to similar ground clearance as stock. Sometimes, those rigid frame brackets have been bent so badly that it spoils the ability to re-attach the panels. There's no flex in that system, which is much needed in this component. Our flat plate design allows adequate upward flex. We also don't use rivnuts because they are known to seize and spin, especially after a few years and corrosion locks their fasteners together.

Our super simple design works so well because each aspect of its simplicity is a solution to a problem we've seen with others.

Since my car is non-ZCP I can clear just about any road conditions where I live, not a problem, the only thing that touches are those little felt corners that extend down. If those were gone, I might never scrape again ! The Dean's tray will be an upgrade in the near future for me as well.
