DCT shift knob

Hey guys

Are there any DCT shift knob options out there to give it a better feeling like a normal spherical shifter? The P-cars have these fantastic knobs that feel like one of those track ball mice.

The only option I've seen are the modified E60 M5 SMG shifters that come in different colors and materials, but retain the same shape.

They weren't cheap, either.

That knob is the only thing I dislike about the DCT. It lacks both feel and look.

They got it right on the F10 but dropped the ball on the E9X:

I do believe the one in the F10 is larger tough, should be able to swap it out. Would most likely have to modify the boot to accept the lager knob though

Yeah, I think you're right. It looks to be the same style as the E60 M5 / E6X M6 / E9X M3 DCT knob, only slightly taller.
